Only the Milan-Barcelona maintain the incognita

If there is a characteristic in this Champions League version 2012 it is from a logic of almost total results, at least, in the decisive phases, to such a point that these matches of the quarter-finals obeyed strictly what could have been foreseen and except an even key such as the Milán-Barcelona, in the others there already appear as clearly classified for the semi-final the Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Chelsea.

In the first day, the Apoel Nicosia could only put in front the turbulent climate of their stadium and the physical effort of the players, to a Real Madrid too superior, though if there remains something from the 0-3 with two goals of Benzema and of Kaká, it is that the whites needed more than an hour to brake the local ingoal, and then they could obtain it when their coach José Mourinho decided to put the two Brazilians inside, Kaká and especially the lateral Marcelo, decisive due to having transformed himself in a forwarder with the burst from the left point.
